Cancellation Policy

Hair to Ware puts our client’s well-being first and fully understand that a client may not be able to make an appointment due to treatment or health-related issues.

All we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make an appointment.

This allows us to, not only reschedule your appointment but offer your appointment to another client.

We appreciate your help with this.


Deposits & Payments

Wigs, Hairpieces & Toppers

We do not ask for a deposit for your new look but there is an understanding that as soon as the label is removed from the piece or we start cutting and styling then you are committed to purchasing the item. This is fully explained during your one-to-one consultation with our stylist.

Unfortunately, returns and refunds are not permitted once the piece has either been worn or styled. This does not apply if your piece is faulty or defective. Hair to Ware will carry out an evaluation of your faulty or defective piece working alongside the supplier.

Semi-Permanent Make Up, Medical Tattooing & Scalp Micro-Pigmentation

A £50 deposit is taken following your free consultation, at the point of booking your procedure. This deposit is non-refundable.

You will not be expected to pay another deposit or you will not loose your deposit if you have to re-schedule your procedure, at the discretion of Hair to Ware management.
