Our super Comfortable and Secure, Wig Grip Lace Front Headbands is the perfect accessory to assist you while going through hair loss and wearing your wig or hat.

With a soft band of material and a bra like adjustable strap to the back, this headband will help to spread the weight of your wig around your head. This will make wearing your wig more secure and comfortable during hair loss, your wig will not slip while wearing this headband.

We have made the addition of a piece of Swiss Lace at the front of the Wig Grip Headband. This is the ideal solution for all of you that have lace fronted caps. The lace in the headband sits under your wigs parting giving the impression of a seamless hairline. We have also added an extra piece of lace to the rim of the Wig Grip Headband which sits in line with your own bio hairline and the hair line of your wig gives you a seamless fit and the illusion of the wig being your own hair. Add in a silicone bead on the outside of the band and you have extra comfort against your head and this band is going nowhere!

A huge benefit of using a headband is you do not need to use glue or clips if you want that added security of a non slip wig. I like not having to use glue or clips when securing my wig as it gives my own precious hair some rest-bite from either the sticky glue that I then have to use a solution such as Remove to clean off or clips that I find damage my own hair over time if the clips are not moved about within my wig cap and they also rub on my scalp.

The headband is fitted within seconds. Just place the band around your head following where your hairline should be. Sit the band above your ears and then adjust using the adjustable strap at the back of the band. Fit your wig and adjust your wig and band for security, comfort and the all important seamless look.

Fibre Wig Services

You cannot completely restyle fibre hair wigs, and they cannot be coloured.

But there is a lot that can be done with fibre hair wigs. We can tweak and make changes to a fibre wig by adding a fringe, cutting the length shorter, or adding in some layers and thinning it out to a lower density if it is too thick for you. 

These tweaks can make a huge difference to your wig and help make it feel more personalised.

We also offer a refurb maintenance service, although wig manufacturers give a fibre wig a lifespan of 4-6 months, we can help prolong the wig. We do this by removing friction frizz that occurs at the ends as it rubs with clothing, smoothing it out using specialist steamers and straighteners, which helps rejuvenate the fibre wig and put life back into it.

Human Hair Wig Services

Many human hair wigs come unstyled, wrapped in silicone for protection and often in basic colours. We pride ourselves on customising your wig for you. 

The positive to wig and topper wearing is that all this can be done away from your head. You simply book in your service and send the wig to us in the post, and we do the rest. It’s hassle free! 

All we require from you, is whether it will be sent to us by special delivery service, or recorded delivery only, and that you always pre-book in with us before sending.

Services we offer include:

  • Recolour and rejuvenation of human hair wigs, and general colour maintenance. All human hair wigs oxidise in the sun, so we recommend at least a recolour every 3 months. We use professional salon only treatments to bring back the shine and gloss, and a purple shampoo treatment to prevent yellow tones that occur in blondes and whites.  
  • Professional salon colours: balayage; ombre; highlights; low lights, and more. 
  • Smudge root added, which is really popular and looks like darker regrowth from the scalp.
  • Cut or restyle: We find human hair wigs are best to restyle in stages. Maybe adding more layers or thinning out more are required as you get more confident with the wig over time.
  • Perm: Adding some volume with curls or a wave to your human hair wig. 
  • Salon professional treatment wash and blowdry.
  • Curls added for that special occasion or a big bouncy salon blow dry.

UK residents will be eligible for the 20% Vat relief saving on all wig purchases if your hair-loss is due to a medical condition such as alopecia, chemotherapy, chronic illness or have a disabling condition in accordance with HMRC guidelines.
